Thank you for requesting a remote support session, please click the following link to initiate a remote support session.
Before you do this please ensure the following:
you will be asked if you would like to run or save this file.
It is recommended that you SAVE the file to your desktop, and then close off all other running programs, then click on the Remote icon to run the program.
Before you do this please ensure the following:
- That you have contacted your allocated Support Rep before initiating a remote support session.
- That you have disabled your Norton Internet Security or Zone Alarm. In order to do this right click on the Green circle Icon or yellow circle icon and select disable. At the end of the session we advise that you restart your machine in order to re-enable these features.
- Once you have completed this then please click on the link below
