Unlimited telephone support

Our help-desk management system ensures that all calls are recorded and completed, or escalated to the right department for completion.
Scheduled site visits
There are several network maintenance tasks that need to be carried out on-site.

These options are available on a pay-per-use basis, fixed cost per machine basis, as pre-paid days, or via our support maintenance agreement.
Unlimited remote support
Our remote support option is recommended and is the most popular support option for our clients.  More than 80% of problems are resolved remotely, and it is a faster and cheaper solution since a site visit is not required.

If a problem arises on your machine or network, our first attempt will be to resolve the issue remotely from our network operation centre (NOC). Of course, if the issue is not resolved, we will send an engineer to your site as soon as possible.

Pay-Per-Use
If you don't want to commit to an annual contract, this is your best support option.  With our pay-per-use package, you will be charged only the number of hours spent at your location by one of our qualified IT consultants.

Fixed Cost Per Machine
This option gives you greater peace of mind. For a fixed monthly cost, we will cover all faults that may arise with your machine.

Pre-Paid Days
With our pre-paid option, you purchase hours of our consultant's time to cover all IT issues. The more hours you buy, the cheaper the equivalent hourly rate will be.

Maintenance Contract
With a maintenance contract, your entire IT infrastructure is supported on an annual basis.  This includes all of our support options with guaranteed response times.
We continually monitor your systems and report any status changes.  With our report, you will be advised what actions will be taken and any recommendations for the future.
